Custom brand collaboration artwork featuring hand lettering and design elements for the Okayama Denim + Studio D’Artisan special edition release, Tora. This particular 'G3' Selvedge denim was produced on a Toyoda shuttle loom known as the G3. This shuttle loom is considered the first and finest example of a non-automatic changing shuttle on a Selvedge denim producing machine. For the truly unique and rare element of this special denim Okayama Denim is celebrating an integral part of Indian culture through the lens of Japanese craft, putting turmeric on the pedestal for this latest collaboration with our OG Osaka 5 friends.
This special hand crafted cotton denim is comprised of a rope dyed Indigo Warp with a 100% natural Turmeric dyed Weft. This collaboration features custom print "Tora" design Herringbone pocket bags and each pair ships with a custom "Tora" print tote bag.
