COHEED & CAMBRIA
I was commissioned by famed prog rock band Coheed & Cambria to create 18 original paintings as illustrations for their epic two-album concept record, The Afterman.
THE CHALLENGE
The process was pretty amazing, meeting with frontman Claudio Sanchez either in person or over the phone and email to discuss the direction for each image as they were recording the album.
At the conclusion of the creative process, the band released their record and we got to do an art exhibit and live show in Santa Monica, CA for a group of thrilled fans.
