The Society6 Artist Quarterly was stablished as a storytelling vehicle for the Society6 brand aesthetic while also showcasing robust artist community.

This limited edition print piece successfully relayed the visual brand in clean layouts with minimal editorial, allowing the C-Suite leadership to relay the narrative to investors and board members while strengthening the bond between the company and the platform’s artists.

I conceived and founded this limited edition concept my first year with the team. With this printed book in hand, not only could the CEO and leadership team hand this to interested clients and collaborators to best relay the story of Society6, but art fans and potential artists could see the authentic love and appreciation the team had for the artist-partners on the platform. These were also sold on the site, selling through editions of 5000 each quarter.

Two years into the project, I introduced the FLIPSIDE art zine into the book. This gave us the opportunity to never have an end to the experience, having two covers and also doubling the chance to excite viewers and elevate the creativity of the artists involved.

Tools: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

The book was redesigned from the ground up in year three, growing the focus from showcasing the art platform to telling individual artist stories. We were growing the narrative of the personal nature of the artwork that these creative individuals create, which is then uploaded to this dynamic platform and then brought into homes via the POD experience.
