AAAliving Mobile UX

THE CHALLENGE

THE SOLUTION

AAA needed to bridge the gap from being a paid service model to incorporating the new generation of technology users / potential customers.

We presented a new model that offered a free area of the site based on their print magazine, AAAliving. This new concept gives anyone the ability to experience the wealth of knowledge and content available to them through AAA’s generations of expertise.

PERSONA + PATH

Through understanding the AAA user and the current target demo (information provided by the client coupled with research from agency strategy team), I was able to lead my team to create a new experience for the modern AAA client / partner.

This persona is a young, on-the-go individual accustomed to finding what they want in an instant using their smart device.

We based our approach on AAA’s flagship print piece by bringing that content into an app environment, then evolved it into a robust online platform–free of cost for all users with ample opportunities to become a paid member for full AAA benefits.

After clarifying the direction and sketching out the approach for the desktop, I tackled the mobile app flow.
